Membership Application Form

To join Quorum, you must be single and about 40 or over.

The club is run on a voluntary basis and is completely non-profit making. However, after a month, if you choose to join we do have a nominal membership subscription to cover advertising, insurance, subsidising events and other costs.

To join, please pass on the following details, together with your subscription to one of the committee members.  Cheques should be made payable to "Quorum Social Club".

Mailing lists are only to be used by Quorum members for informing other club members of your events, or for adding other impromptu events, last minute alterations to venue, etc.

To keep your personal or work e-mail address private, and for ease to remember and use, a new Quorum e-mail address will be assigned to you (e.g. Joe.Bloggs@QuorumSocialClub.co.uk). E-mail to this address will auto-forward to the address you supply above.  For members who have internet access but no e-mail, we can also offer a free mailbox, accessible through the web or from a suitable POP3/SMTP mail client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook Express™).

 

 

I agree to the above details being held on computer records for the administrative purposes of Quorum including, but not limited to, the compilation and distribution of the diary sheet.  I wish to join Quorum Social Club and agree to abide by the club's rules.
